Know when your providers go down
Your product depends on a dozen providers, each with its own status page. Get every incident from GitHub, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud and more as one stream, the minute it opens and the minute it is resolved.
For engineering and support teams, SREs, and anyone selling a product built on cloud and AI providers.
The events
What your agent listens to
Service outage started
service.outage_startedReady Provider status pages, worldwide
Stratapoint Cloud incident: Elevated API error rates in eu-west
Service outage resolved
service.outage_resolvedReady Provider status pages, worldwide
Stratapoint Cloud resolved after 36 min: Elevated API error rates in eu-west
How it works
From event to action
- A provider opens an incident on its status page.
- Your agent checks whether it touches the components you use.
- It posts in your incident channel and drafts a customer notice if you are affected.
- When it is resolved, it closes the loop with the duration.
Wake your agents up. Each event can start Claude Code, Codex or your own script the moment it lands, one by one or in batches: no polling, no cron, no dashboard to check.
Events carry text from public sources. Run agents that act on them isolated, with only the access the task needs. Run them safely

# brief.md
When GitHub, Cloudflare, OpenAI or Anthropic open an incident that touches APIs we use, post it in #incidents with the impact; when it is resolved, post how long it lasted.
