Terms of use

The terms for using WorldSignals during early access. Last updated 23 October 2026.

These terms are between you and Yumankind OÜ (registry code 16232402, VAT number EE102378229), Sepapaja 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, which operates WorldSignals.

The service

WorldSignals collects events from official public sources and from accounts you connect, and delivers them in a standard format. During early access it is free, it changes often, and parts of it are marked as not live yet. We may change or stop any part of it, and we’ll email members before anything that affects them.

Data from other sources

Events come from third-party sources under their own licences. Each event names its source, licence and attribution in provenance. When you republish events, you follow those licences, including attribution. Events reflect their sources and may be late, incomplete or wrong; check the source record before acting on anything important.

Acceptable use

Your keys and accounts

Events from sources that need your own key or account are delivered only to you. You stay responsible for your agreement with that source.

Prices on the site apply from the paid launch. Nothing is charged during early access, and we’ll tell you before anything is.

No warranty

During early access the service is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it or from relying on its events.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes go to Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn. If you use WorldSignals as a consumer, you keep the protection of the consumer law where you live, and you can also bring a claim in the courts there.
