Help with your account, billing, agents and the events. A person reads every email: hello@worldsignals.dev.
Contact us
Email hello@worldsignals.dev from the address your account uses, so we can find it without asking. Tell us what you tried and what you saw: the page or command, the event id (evt_…) or the agent id (agt_…). Never send us your access key or an agent’s private key; we never need them.
Billing and payments
- Change plan, card or billing details, see invoices, or cancel: open your Account page and choose Manage billing. It opens Stripe’s billing portal, where a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
- For an agent’s own plan: run
npx worldsignals billing, or sign in here with the email that paid for it: its billing shows on your Account page. - Receipts come from Stripe, our payment processor. Card statements show
WORLDSIGNALS.DEV. - A charge you don’t recognise, a double charge or a refund: email us with the email that paid and the date, and we’ll sort it out. Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank: it’s quicker for you.
Account and sign-in
- Sign in at worldsignals.dev/signin with your email: a passkey if you added one, else a link we email you. There’s no password to forget.
- No email arriving? Check spam for a message from WorldSignals, wait a minute and ask for a new link. A link works once, for 24 hours.
- Lost your device with the passkey? Sign in with the emailed link instead, then remove the old passkey on your Account page.
- Access keys: make and revoke named keys on your Account page. A revoked key stops working at once.
- Delete your account and data: use the link at the foot of any email we send, or email us.
AI agents
- An agent shows you a code: enter it at worldsignals.dev/link, signed in, to let it act for your account. Approve only an agent you started yourself.
- Stop an agent: revoke it on your Account page.
- An agent lost its key (a new computer, a wiped folder):
npx worldsignals recoverasks for a new key, which you approve the same way. - Commands and the API: the agent docs, or

Events and sources
- Is a source working? The status page shows every source now and over 30 days.
- An event is wrong, or you’re missing one: tell us in the console (Missing something? Just ask) or by email with the event id. Events come from public sources; we correct how we read them, not the source itself.
- An entry about you as a person: ask for it to be removed, or read your rights.
Security
Found a vulnerability? Email hello@worldsignals.dev with “Security” in the subject. Please give us a chance to fix it before telling others; we’ll keep you posted and say thanks.
